Azure Bet Terms & Conditions — Please read before creating an account

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Azure Bet platform and all its services. Azure Bet is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on Azure Bet, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read the full document carefully.

The following conditions must be met to register and use Azure Bet:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information about yourself.

• You must be of sound mind and registering of your own free will.
• Not having been previously banned from Azure Bet.

Registration Process

During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, email address or phone number, and a password. Azure Bet may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity — such as a National ID, passport, or driving licence.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Azure Bet account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the Azure Bet support team immediately.

• Each individual is allowed a maximum of one account.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to another person.
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address are not permitted.
• Your account information must always be kept up to date and accurate.

For accounts inactive for more than 12 months, Azure Bet may apply an inactivity fee or close the account. You will be notified by email in advance.

Azure Bet supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits are usually instant — if there is an issue, please notify us within 30 minutes.
• The source of deposits must be legitimate.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Azure Bet come with specific terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the bonus being voided.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically 20x–35x).
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Maximum winnings from bonus funds may be subject to a cap.
• Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or bet types.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Azure Bet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Members will be notified in advance if terms change for an ongoing bonus.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Azure Bet platform:

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
• Azure Bet is not liable for bets voided due to network issues during live betting.
• Bets confirmed before an odds change will remain valid.

Casino & Slots Games

• All games use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• RTP information for each game is available on its game page.

If Azure Bet detects suspicious betting patterns, it reserves the right to review the relevant bets. Payment may be delayed until the review is complete.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Azure Bet platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or hacking.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Match betting or arbitrage betting.
• Playing on behalf of a minor or helping a minor open an account.

Azure Bet is committed to protecting your personal information. We only collect data as necessary to provide our services and maintain security.

• All data is protected with SSL 256-bit encryption.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Certain information may be shared upon request by regulatory authorities.
• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Azure Bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Proof of being a minor.
• Regulatory or legal directive.

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Azure Bet is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment systems.
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Games interrupted due to unexpected technical errors.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances.
